Returning the goods

You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

Parcel Inspection Once the returned product reaches us, we will check if it matches the product indicated in your online return form. As soon as the return is approved, you will receive information from us at the email address you provided. We have 14 days to do this, but this process usually takes significantly less time.

Refund The paid funds will be refunded using the same method that the order was paid for. The funds will be transferred to the bank account specified in the return form within 14 days from the date the return is approved.
